The Crystal Lens Alumni Network Program is designed for high school graduates. The goal of the program basically is to maintain relationships with alumni students from our programs, while helping them to develop relevant skills and connecting them to opportunities needed in their journey towards attaining academic career and life success. The Alumni Network is made up of the following components:

1. Work Experience Fellowship 
2. Career Mentoring
3. Network meetings

Work Experience Fellowship

This is a one-year internship for our high school graduates awaiting admission into college. Participants get work experience, undergo academic tutoring and earn a monthly stipend and grant towards university tuition.

Career Mentoring

Under this component, selected students from the alumni network have an opportunity to be connected to professionals in the US in their desired career fields for a one year period.

Network Meetings

Alumni students engage in virtual meetings  once on a weekly basis where they get college preparation support, acquire skills for the workplace and also get acquainted with relevant resources needed for post secondary education and life success.
