Susan retired from full time work after 43 years, 33 in Corporate HR and Training as well as 10 in Workforce Development. Most recently she was Industry Partnership Director at the the District 1199C Training & Upgrading Fund which provides ongoing training to those in healthcare careers. She currently consults in her field, primarily in Apprenticeship (work-based learning).
